    Youth Style Fitness

Teaching, Love & Care Community Services (TLCC) is proud to partner with Youth Style Fitness (YSF) to support youth and families through a shared commitment to wellness, mentorship, and trauma-informed care. YSF engages youth ages 6–18 through dynamic fitness programming, leadership development, and mentorship rooted in movement and motivation.

Through this partnership, TLCC complements YSF’s work by providing trauma-informed parent training, caregiver wellness tools, and mental health education to the families of the youth they serve.

This collaboration ensures that both youth and their caregivers are supported in healing, growing, and thriving—physically, emotionally, and relationally. https://www.youthstylefitness.org/

We are proud to be a 2025 recipient of The Kitty Fund Mompreneur Grant, awarded through Founders First CDC, a national nonprofit committed to supporting diverse-led small businesses and community changemakers. This grant honors the impact of mom-led organizations and helps propel our mission to support families through trauma-informed parenting, wellness education, and holistic care.

With this support, TLCC can further expand our outreach, deepen our programs, and serve even more caregivers and children across North Carolina. We are deeply grateful to Founders First CDC for investing in our vision of healing and hope for underserved communities.
